On September 4th, more than 300 global leaders including institutional LPs, family offices, unicorn founders turned investors, and the next generation of fund managers gathered at London’s iconic KOKO Theatre for the second annual Allocator One Alpha Summit.

This intimate, invitation-only gathering centered on one unifying theme: Alpha. From the main stage to private circles and corridor conversations, the Summit delivered a rare mix of insight, candor, and high-signal connection.

Key Insights

With the theme “Alpha”, the Summit explored what outperformance truly means in today’s constrained and competitive market. Discussions centered on how conviction-led managers are generating differentiated outcomes before consensus forms, why capital scarcity is raising the bar for emerging fund managers, and how LPs and GPs are aligning in new ways on transparency, strategy, and long-term value creation.

The program highlighted the transformative potential of frontier domains such as AI, health and longevity, and next-generation infrastructure, while also examining how geopolitics and state capital are reshaping the global allocation map. From first-time GPs to institutional leaders deploying billions, the conversations revealed where edge endures, where capital is still misallocated, and how allocators can position for the years ahead.
